REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is unworn and unwashed
- The original packaging is sealed and unopened
- All tags and labels are attached
- The product shows no signs of use
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or worn socks.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@v7signature.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- After approval, you will receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be refused.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@v7signature.com and include clear photos.
In verified cases of production defects, we will offer a replacement or refund.
