We offer free shipping on all orders over CHF 49.90 within Switzerland.
For orders below CHF 49.90, a flat shipping fee of CHF 4.90 applies.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time within Switzerland is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred shipping costs from the refund.
